Barriers Remediation Outreach
Community-based interventions for social, emotional & cognitive hurdles.
A wraparound support programme that responds to the barriers identified during SIAS screening — from psycho-social stressors to specific cognitive scaffolding needs. Delivered through home visits, small-group sessions and referral partnerships.
Once SBST screening flags a learner, our outreach facilitators take over case management within five working days. Every learner receives an Individual Support Plan co-signed by their caregiver and class teacher.
Partnerships with the Department of Health, social workers and trauma-informed counsellors ensure barriers outside the classroom are addressed alongside academic remediation.
